1. About these terms
By purchasing from TechBites Store ("we", "the store") you agree to these terms. The store operates from Egypt and sells digital gaming products (Steam gifts, digital keys, gift cards, pre-activated accounts) priced in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
2. Orders & delivery
Orders are processed manually by the store owner. Delivery is typically 5–15 minutes during working hours (10AM–10PM Cairo time) and never later than 24 hours after payment verification. Steam Gifts are sent to the email registered on the buyer's Steam account as provided by the buyer; buyers are responsible for providing correct delivery details.
3. Pricing & payment
All prices are shown in EGP and include applicable service fees. Accepted payment methods: InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, Orange Cash, Etisalat Cash. An order is considered confirmed only after payment verification.
4. Refunds
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before delivery. See the Refund Policy for details.
5. Acceptable use
Products are for personal use. Reselling, chargeback fraud or attempting to reverse a verified delivery while keeping the product constitutes fraud and may result in a permanent purchase ban and reporting to payment authorities.
6. Accounts products
Pre-activated accounts are sold with full credentials transfer and lifetime ownership. Buyers must follow Steam's terms when using any account. Account availability changes daily — message support for current stock.
7. Liability
Our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not affiliated with Valve Corporation or Steam; all trademarks belong to their respective owners.
