Tiers are calculated automatically based on your total verified spending across the trailing 6 months (rolling window). Upgrades occur instantly as soon as your total spend reaches the next threshold (2,000 EGP for Expert, 5,500 EGP for Guru, 9,500 EGP for Legendary).
What happens if my 6-month spend drops?
We send a 30-day warning email before any potential tier downgrade, informing you of the exact EGP shortfall needed to maintain your status. Even if a downgrade occurs, you only drop one tier at a time per recalculation cycle.
